An echocardiography (or heart scan, as commonly called) is a detailed examination of the heart and immediate surrounding structures.
A thorough assessment of the chambers, valves, muscles and hemodynamic state of the heart will be performed, alongside with any medical advice you might need, such as further investigations and medication.
